Waggoner Lectureship on Ethics and Values in Medicine

Raymond W. Waggoner, M.D.

 

In honor of Raymond W. Waggoner, M.D., Sc.D., former chair of the UM Department of Psychiatry.  Dr. Waggoner helped establish the Michigan Department of Mental Health, and created both the UM Department of Child Psychiatry and the Mental Health Research Institute.
