Make an Appointment

Your First Visit

What happens during your first visit?

During your first visit, we will get to know you and your unique situation, and begin to plan your treatment. There are many steps in this introductory process, so you should plan on this appointment taking up to three hours. The time is worth it.

  • After registering at the front desk, you’ll meet with a clinician for a comprehensive evaluation. Don’t be surprised if many of the questions you are asked cover the same information you provided on the phone. This will help us clarify your information and learn even more about
    your needs.
  • You will also be introduced to using M-Strides, a unique program designed to help our patients and their treatment teams track their progress over the course of treatment.
  • You and your clinician will discuss your diagnosis and the various treatment options that may be available to you.
